THURSDAY NOVEMBER 9TH-THE LAST DAY WITH SAR-EL

Today is the "last day" with Sar-El.  No work this morning.  Instead we reported to the warehouse area at 9AM for a group photo with our Air Force supervisors.  I don't have the photo yet but will post it when I get it.  I did take this picture today next to the mess hall.  I doubt that there are any military bases in any other country with electric Chanukah menoras on top of utility poles.
Here's a last picture of our Madrichot (leaders) Sarah and Iliena.
We turned in our uniforms and I had one last picture taken of me in uniform.
We had lunch and caught our bus to Tel Aviv for the last time.  We said goodbye to our Sar-El mates and when we arrived in Tel Aviv Sidney and I caught a taxi to his apartment.  We walked around a little and got something to eat and then back to his apartment.  I was pretty tired and anxious to sleep in a real bed.  I did some online searching to find the best way to get to Haifa in the morning to be a tourist for a few days.  Time to sleep.
